People magazine has named Noah Wyle the Sexiest Man Alive, ending a 32-year wait that began in an emergency room and will now, by his own account, end at the kitchen sink. Wyle is 55, which in Hollywood is the age when they usually crown you Most Likely to Play Someone's Disappointed Dad.
