TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OGEAM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON SATIRICAL CONTENT AS FACTUAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, IF ANY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You and Ogeam each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Travis County, Texas. This section does not apply to claims for intellectual property infringement, which either party may bring in court.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by the arbitration provision above.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ogeam regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
