"Herbal" Pill From a Company Called Tonight We Ride Recalled for Containing Viagra, Cialis and an Antidepressant, Ending Nine Years of Suspiciously Great Reviews

Tonight We Ride, LLC is recalling every lot of its Ultimate Forza Male Supplement after GNC testing found hidden sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine in capsules sold at GNC franchises since 2017, a day after the FDA warned yet again about Green Lumber Natural Fuel For Men. This satirical health dispatch treats the men's supplement aisle as a pharmacy in a fake mustache.

"Herbal" Pill From a Company Called Tonight We Ride Recalled for Containing Viagra, Cialis and an Antidepressant, Ending Nine Years of Suspiciously Great Reviews

The supplement aisle has always run on faith. On Saturday, faith tested positive for sildenafil.

Tonight We Ride, LLC of Lakeville, Minnesota, a company name that reads less like a corporation than a text sent at 11:48 pm, is recalling all lots of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement. GNC's third-party testing found undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine. That is Viagra, Cialis and an SSRI in one blue capsule. It isn't a supplement. It's a pharmacy with a getaway car.

The capsules were sold through certain independently owned GNC franchises from 2017 to October 1, 2026. Nine years. Two presidencies, a pandemic and every iPhone since the 8 came and went, and the herbal miracle kept its secret ingredient all along: actual medicine. The customers who swore it worked weren't imagining things. They were a clinical trial nobody had told.

The recall notes, helpfully, "The products were not sold through GNC corporate stores." Corporate would like you to know it was the franchises. Franchises are where American retail keeps its plausible deniability, right beside the protein tubs.

Dapoxetine deserves a moment. The notice calls it "an active ingredient not approved by the U.S. FDA" from the antidepressant family. So the pill helped you start, helped you persist, and, if the evening went badly, helped you feel fine about it anyway. A complete three-act structure, ten capsules to the box.

"No adverse events or complaints have been reported to date." Naturally. Nobody calls customer service to report that the herbs were suspiciously competent. The product that over-delivers is the one product in America nobody reviews out loud.

Customers may return "unopened or partially used product" for a full refund, with a receipt or the phone number on their loyalty account. Partially used. Somewhere a man will stand at a mall counter explaining four missing capsules to a nineteen-year-old in a polo shirt. That is the true side effect, and no label warns you about it.

The day before, the FDA again told consumers not to buy Green Lumber Natural Fuel For Men, after samples bought from greenlumber.com itself contained tadalafil. "Again" is doing heavy lifting. The agency first warned about Green Lumber in 2019 and repeated itself in 2025. The company has blamed counterfeits and a fired employee, insisting "Tadalafil is not an ingredient in any authentic Green Lumber product." The FDA bought it from the authentic website. Authenticity, like lumber, warps under pressure.

Natural fuel, it turns out, comes from a refinery that looks a lot like a drug company. The only all-natural ingredient in the aisle is the confidence.

None of this is a harmless joke for the men most likely to buy it. Hidden sildenafil and tadalafil can interact with nitrates such as nitroglycerin and drop blood pressure to dangerous levels, and heart patients often take nitrates. Slipping undeclared Cialis to men on heart medication is like hiding a cliff in the middle of a nature trail and labeling it "scenic."

The capsules are quarantined, the franchises are clearing shelves, and the herbal aisle goes back to selling what it always sold best: hope, with no active ingredients. Tonight We Ride is over. The FDA, as usual, did the driving.

Ultimate Forza Recall: Your Awkward Questions, Answered

In the men's aisle, "it actually worked" is no longer a review. It's a lab result. Check the recall and talk to your doctor before your pharmacist finds out from the FDA.

Yes, with a receipt or your loyalty-account phone number. Emotional refunds for the conversation at the counter are not available.

No. According to FDA testing it's made partly from tadalafil, which is the only thing in the product that ever went through a lab.
